I went golfing
here yesterday and...
I froze me arse off

j'ai joué au golf
ici hier et ...
j'ai gelé le cul

This haiku breaks 2 cardinal haiku “rules”:
1. It is in the past tense... naughty, naughty!
2. The second line ends with a hanging conjunction “and”,
but in this case it is I believe justifiable. Can you see why?

Cet haïkou ne respecte pas au moins 2 “ règles ” cardinales 
des haïkous, c'est-à-dire :
1. Il est au passé ... Que je suis méchant !
2. La deuxième ligne se termine avec la conjonction traîanteet ”, but dans ce case, l'usage est à mon avis justifiable.
Savez-vous pourquoi ?

The windigo is a mythical creature or trickster of Canadian indigenous people who freezes to death anyone who dares look at him.
Le windigo est une créature mythique ou l'arnaqueur des indigènes du Canada qui gêle à mort quiconque ose le regarder.
