While the tablet is partially an inventory, the rest of it is a religious ceremony for (farmed?) land leased out, blessed by 3 priests. It is much more complex than most tablets either in Linear A or in Linear B.

Yes, it certainly is. All you have to do is substitute Linear B syllabograms for Linear A and you will see for yourself it is indeed Mycenaean.
